Week 4 ~ down 10 pounds! WOW!!! That was the easiest ten pounds ever!!! I have to stay the course. Going on vacation this week and this is the first time I am not seeing that it is going to be a problem. I will be well prepared and have the mind set that I will stick to my diet!!! Reset my goal weight for the next ten pounds :)
