We went to a birthday / bbq party on Sunday and I ate what ever I wanted and if that wasn't bad enough I continued to eat what ever I wanted for the rest of the day. Only good thing about this was again I realized that I have no control once I start consuming sugar and the bad carbs. It sucks me in like the worst drug addiction. There is no such thing as moderation when it comes to those foods. I am going to have to stay totally away or be sure that if I do eat them occasionally that there is only one available to me and not 2 or 3 pieces. Anyway it is Monday and I am starting the day fresh and back on track!!

You have been doing so great, don't give up, regroup, brush it off and start again as if this was the beginning. I deleted my previous weights and am looking at ten pounds at a time!
