I have not been recording what I have eaten all weekend which is not good. Today however is another chance to straighten myself back out.
Did not end up doing a whole lot yesterday, just wanted to relax and sleep. But I did get some of my errands done. So the rest of the stuff I will be doing all week long!

Not a long entry today. Have to get ready for work, and I know it is going to be a busy one.

I think we should all include rest in our weekends from now on. No more of this 'gotta get it done'...it's too tiring and not as restorative. Whatcha think? :-)
