I have changed my goal weight. I have been setting myself up for failure... I know that I get overwhelmed when I don't see results and since 145 was so far away, I just gave up. Hopefully, now it's more realistic and doable. I can accumulate goals as I go along. I want to go back to not carrying extra weight around and being healthy mind and body. I am going to succeed little by little. So for the next 16 lbs, cheer me on. I will succeed! Thank you FS for all the support, tips, and faith <3
