lots of exercise this week and eating at 18-21 hours fasting....
154.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Intermittent Fasting (4:3 basically)    losing 0.6 lb a week
