Well because nothing this year has been easy, my in-laws (who are divorced) are both at my house due to the fire in Paradise.
I am still getting my exercise in, especially for stress control, and trying hard to track my food.
The physical therapist said yesterday that I am making great progress. YAY!!
193.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am sure the divorced in laws are stressed to the max as they await the results of whether their homes are gone. You must be walking on eggshells. Thank goodness for exercise and time away to build the resilience you need for time at home.
