I have lost a pound this month even though I was on vacation and a camping trip in our trailer. Now, I have to start again recording my food. I was without my iPad service so it was hard to stick to my diet.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1190 kcal Fat: 50.05g | Prot: 68.82g | Carb: 127.37g.   Breakfast: Peanut Butter, Nonfat Tazo Chai Tea Latte (Tall), 1% Fat Milk, Cheerios. Lunch: Lettuce, Wheat Bread (Reduced Calorie), Egg. Dinner: Brown Rice, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade). Snacks/Other: Watermelon, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds. more...
