Hello,
It's me, Mandie. Well I haven't been exercising lately and I'm not going to exercise today either. I am still sticking with the diet though. I'm going to try not exercising for a while to see if this will somehow have a positive affect on my weight loss. The first time I did Atkins, I didn't exercise at all and I remember losing a lot of weight very quickly. This time I am exercising and it's coming off little by little. I am going to try this for a few weeks and campare the difference. I know this sounds backwards but I am anxious to see what happens. I also think that these tictacs may be causing a slow up in my weight loss. I think I am going to give them up as well, but after I go through these few weeks without exercising.
Anyway Guys, I'll check back in tomorrow after weighing in. I don't know why I feel that I have to weigh in every 4 or 5 days, but anyway, it helps me with my anxiety about gaining weight, so I won't change that for right. Good Luck everyone and Keep me posted.

Hi Mandi, This is my second time on Atikins. I feel I lost more weight during induction the first time, I don't know why that is, maybe I had more to lose the first time. Anyway, it still seems to be going well, I'm down about 6-7 pounds and my husband is down about 10 (men always do that!) I am trying to exercise at least 4 times a week this time, though. When I exercise, I seem to have more energy. I think this time I am going to try to change my lifestyle and try not to yo-yo anymore! Good Luck every one!!

Hey it is my second time on Atkins as well. You always lose more that first tme around than the second or third. You body isnot as shocked the second time around.
