I'm doing it! I've attained my mini goal of 10 lbs. lost! YAY!!!! The last couple of weeks I stayed the same but I had fallen victim to not recording my point values. I also joined a gym with two coworkers and we go each weekday we can. It feels so good to know that not only am I loosing more weight but I am also doing my body good :D

GOOD JOB ! I wish I could lose just 10 lbs. Nothing seem to be happening????????? I walk each and everday 4 miles. I do 2 miles in the AM and 2 miles in the PM. Do you think joning the gym helped you?

It can be sooo discouraging trying to lose weight but we can do it! I definitely think the gym has helpd! I've been giving my heart and soul to cardio for three weeks on average three to four times per week. After the cardio, I do strength training for about 25 more minutes. I feel great and the fat and cottage cheese look is disappearing :D Maybe if you walk at a brisker pace that might work for you? I try to get my heart rate up to 145 to 160 and keep it there for 15 to 20 minutes. Good luck!!! You CAN do it!!!
