I was trying to quit coffee... but I didn't last a whole week :) Maybe I'll try again tomorrow.

Food
coffee w soymilk
smoothie
pbj
3 donut holes
10 almonds
1 small banana
quinoa spaghetti w red pepper tomato sauce, greens and pine nuts
tea w soymilk

Grateful for
buddies
peers at school
not starting work until 9:30
cat and hubby
family and friends
sunshine and rain
the gorgeous view outside my lanai
129.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You could always see how you do with decaf? I've given up coffee a couple of times and always stray back... I love it too much. Good luck!

Giving up coffee??? I wish you all the luck in the world with that one... LOL... I'm pretty much like a tee-shirt saying "give me my coffee and no one gets hurt" :D your chuckle of the day... HUGZ

lol, thanks, ladies! I was just trying it because I heard it makes TOM easier. Not sure I can do this all month, though, to find out!
