Went up 1 lb ive been at this for a month and have only lost 5 lbs I.work out everyday except mondays because of my 12 hr shift at work help.me find a way to add achieve my goal :(
263.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 103.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
