Been feeling unwell the past week or so. Did not feel like eating or doing my journal. Still having issues with my sinuses. Hopefully I can push through and stay consistent with exercise and eating right.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
