Tomorrow I am going to a free demo of a local gym's facility. I have nothing to wear since the last time I went to a gym, I was a lot heavier. Guess I better go shopping one more time tonight to get something appropriate to wear. I am looking forward to getting into the workout groove but apprehensive about doing it without a personal trainer since having that accountability was the only thing that kept me consistently motivated to go. Things are a bit different in my life now, though. We'll see.
I overdid it on the calories a bit yesterday. Today I will get back on track.
Today I am thankful for the cloudy sky this morning and rain last night. I am thankful for my lady friends. Girl's night out was pleasant although the restaurant was a bit loud, so kind of hard to hear conversations. I am thankful for my job, which has been a lot of fun lately, something I have been missing for about a year.
