Well, my progress has been great and this whole thing is a learning process. I have been losing 1lb a day for the last 3 days on top of the lb I lost to begin with...While the weight loss encourages me, I realize this is a day by day lifestyle change. I will have bumps and bruises along with my victories and triumphs. I am just so determined to do this. I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it. I feel so much better already! I'm glad I'm surrounded by people who love me and give me much needed encouragement. I don't know how long it will take to drop the weight I want to lose but I'm in it for the long haul and I'm at it for a lifetime!
