very disappointed in myself.....
226.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1521 kcal Fat: 58.92g | Prot: 123.71g | Carb: 124.23g.   Breakfast: American Cheese, Fried Egg, Honey Wheat Sliced Bread. Lunch: Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, KRFT CHSE CHDR/MONT JK FINE S, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Whole Wheat Fajita. Dinner: Beef Bottom Round (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Honey Nut Cheerios, Dried Prune, Cheez Inns Cheddar & Sour Cream(Pringles), Light Thick & Creamy Yogurt - Lemon Meringue. more...
