I actually started this journey on August 27th (256 lbs). I started reading a book by Chris Powell. Today is the first day I added the "sprint" to my routine. I have found it very difficult wrapping my head around protiens, carbs and fats ... Olives and avocados are fats - only to be eaten on protien days. I'm getting there. I am doing great with my water - drinking a gallon a day - for me that is GREAT - I literally went from drinking next to no water a day to a gallon! No more coffee, no more soda. I did 7 reps this morning on my 'sprint'. I have yet to start the cardio part - fear? I WILL get there.
