Grateful/thankful for:

my job
and in general life.

Yesterday I did fairly well with completing my task list and staying busy the rest of the day. Just little things here and there, but it took up time.
I am tired today because I did not sleep well again last night, tossed and turned. Just could not get comfortable at all.. I wonder if that increases calorie burn.. that would be sweet.
So I am going to struggle through my day.. but at least I am here! Well let me rephrase that.. I am here physically, mentally I am at home all wrapped up in a cozy blanket with a hot cup of something and a good steamy book.

May everyones monday go as good as it can..
Note to self... get out of the negative funky mood... geez

I was reading some of your recent journals...my week's been the same. I started posting those pics as my journal to get myself going again. Any amount of intentional physical activity was begun grudgingly and half heartedly. None the less I enjoyed the after burn immensely :) Today begins much the same. But I will commit..because I hate not having something checked off at the end of the day. Sending you some "pep" for your day. I will if you will :) Happy Monday :)

I hate when I can't sleep. It seems to affect everything. I'll be trying to send you good vibes so that you can make it through Monday. Meanwhile, it's time for me to get lots of coffee for my Monday bleh. :)

Morning! Welcome to a new week. Hopefully your energy will return and you can elevate your mood. I didn't sleep well either last night. Wonder if the weather has anything to do with it??? We had our windows open because it was in the 50's.

Sometimes I think the season changes mess with our bioryhthms and it makes sleeping harder...but whi knows? Congrats on the nice loss on the scale - your tracking is really helping.

right now I would love nothing better then to have a nap, perhaps it is the weather change. However the heat is suppose to return and I don't want that either.. uugghh lol

hi Pam, I get insomnia a lot, Its sooo frustrating! I get it esp at a certain time of the month. hoping your feeling better and that you are soon curled up in a blanket with a good book and something hot... a hot toddy? a hot chocolate? hot tea? let me know and I'll send some over! ;)
