My first gain since joining FS. My first gain since mid-January. It sucks. But it serves as a reminder to myself that when I lose focus, I gain.

I'm refocused now.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I have SOO been there, but you will get back on track and the odds are you probably will have more encouraging days than discouraging. Just keep up the good work. You inspire me!

I honestly think sometimes this is suppose to happen...lol it helps remind us what we are working so hard for and that our focus is so important. That is what will help make our lifestyle changes a natural habit instead of a fad.
