So I didn't run today...actually upset about it. Had to go do laundry. I know they have cals burned for standing but does that include sweating....it is freaking hot in Chicago and its only 8 am. Maybe it was best I didn't go running...hence going to the Y about a membership. So I can run regardless of the weather and do weights...which I miss squats by the way. Wish me luck I can't afford a membership anywhere so hopefully they can help me.

Good luck! :-) I know how it feels to be upset over a missed workout. Isn't it crazy how things change? When I started this new lifestyle, I was very sedentary. Now I'm mad when I miss a workout.
