Hi All,
Back doing my journal entries again. Got lazy during the sweltering steaming heat in the middle east. Looking forward to below 100 degree temps. I still ate well and worked out but just didn't feel the urge to write about it. LOL I made it to the 150's which is a mile stone. I was stuck in the 160's forever! I do measure my portions of food again. Oh, maybe that's why I lost a couple lbs. LOL I got alot of jiggle in the middle which needs to go. My husband says to me this morning. Your legs and behind are looking good but your belly is fat as hell. You have to know and understand my husband sense of humor. It's taken me 20 years and sometimes I don't understand his inappropriatness. (spelling is wrong, i know) Let see what i am grateful for today, my core/sclupting class, Ty not pooping on the floor, (we're dog sitting) John, my kids, meditation time and writing this journal. 159.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
