My starting BMI was 47.9% and now after after almost 2 months its down to 45.7% I know it's not a lot but at least it went down a little. Just wait until after a couple more months :)

That's a great start! Don't worry if it comes off slowly. Quickly off means quickly back on again. I actually get concerned if I start losing too fast.

Thanks :) yea i got a little discouraged because I lost about 11 pounds in almost 2 months and now I'm gaining a little each week. :( I dont know what to do to lose again
