Ugh, changed pages without saving.

Eliminated one of the two pounds I found last week. Will work on the remaining one by this weekend. Noticed I haven't been eating as many different vegetables as I used to, so will work on incorporating variety back into my fridge.

I hate this time of year. It's colder, so I want to sleep in, but the darkness falls so early and then I lose motivation. I binge watched Netflix last night instead of walking or swimming, which is unusual for me. I have this rule about not watching TV unless it's dark outside (rain and snow also permissible), and I broke it. Good news, series is watched, I am aware of getting sucked in, and I know I'm better and happier when I'm moving more. I have to remain cognizant of the pitfalls of it.

Anyways, onward and downward, right?

Im with you with the weathet. Cold, dark days just make me want to comfort eat. Im lucky we dont get too many here in Tenerife x
