Finally got over my plateau. I had to do the fat fast for 2 days, but it worked. I wasn't completely strict, probably was well over the 1000 calories, but I ate all the right foods so it kicked my body into fat burning mode. I will have some spinach in a salad today, and some almonds, but otherwise I will stay pretty close to fat fast foods.

Sometimes all it takes it a slight change in the diet or adding a little exercise to push over the plateau. Almonds aren't allowed on induction... are they? Otherwise you seem to be doing good.
