No quotes today, nothing posted on my FB wall.
Update.. Started off yesterday with a delish shake. Kept me full until lunch :) no appetite at lunch so only ate half of what I brought. Got home late from mom's so dinner was a light one and used left over lunch. Then last night I had a lot of trouble sleeping again. So very tired this morning.
