So Life as I know it today well should I say this past week I have been struggling to keep up with the gym. My body hates me. until just recently I never had PMS thingys while ovulating but apparently this last year and me being 33 I have developed back pain and headaches. I love being a woman but as of lately I just want to sleep all day and say screw it... I just want to lay down with a heating pad and eat chocolate. But I have noticed that if I go to the gym, if feels tons better while I am working out. Just have to drink more water and I usually take Motrin before I go. Its just getting to the door of the gym. BLAHHH!!! Wish me luck because I guess I will get there today... forcing myself to get off the couch.

I understand and agree with you completely. If I can just manage to drag myself into the gym, I feel a ton better during and after exercising - I just don't understand why I (pretty much) never want to go to the gym even though I know that fact. I mean, who doesn't want to feel good/better all the time?
