I really hate myself right now! I just went on a binge and my stomach feels like it's gonna explode. I really hate this feeling!
All of this just after I made such progress, but Im going to be smart and not through my diet out the window and continue on a binge through out the weekend. I'm going to keep going like I've been doing so for the last couple of weeks.

Good positive attitude! Do you mind my asking if you've gotten all the tempting food out of your house, car, office..? That helps me a LOT. But Healther stuff in it's place. That would mean you'd have to go out of your way to get junk food! Try it:-D

Yeah in my own place i don't have anything tempting, but then when i get home to my parents place in the weekends there is tons. And then it is tricky and most of the time i can't withstand temptation. But i got a lot of people helping me! :D
