Yepeee, yesterday I managed to have my FAST day! It is not a total fast, I am allowed between 400-500 kcal. I did better than I expected. I wasn't hungry but in the evening I din feel lethargic and had a headache. I stuck with it and I am proud of myself. I am going to fast this way 1-2 days every week.
