Not really sure how to start this, as I don't really write much anymore. I'm fat, unhappy, with two kids, and I don't want to be the parent in a motorized scooter while watching their children play because their joints failed due to weight gain. In other words - it's time to get this shit under control.
I'm going to start by just gradually changing my eating habits. Honestly, I already eat pretty decently, it's just the sugar that gets me. So I'm cutting that out. Here, let's just list this:
- Eat 1500 or less a day - Try to do some sort of exercise 3x a week - Cut out sweets/junk food
Let's see how this works? As of now, I'm 193, had a baby 4 weeks ago. So, I'm down from my birth weight of 212.
Short term goal: 175 Midterm Goal: 160 Longterm or Final Goa: 135
