I have been "MIA" this holiday weekend. I am nearly out of my Medifast foods, so to stretch it out I at more regular foods then Meal Replacements. I have learned that I still do not know how to eat correctly and if I do not follow the transition phase when it is time that I will most likely gain it all back.
