First, I did well this weekend, but I sure craved everything and anything I couldn't have! Went to the movies Mon am and did well without popcorn, but every desert, or potato dish, or and carb filled item, I craved. Plus I put on two pounds. Probably related to water weight from the week before. But talk about discouragement and just wanting to quit! I didn't though, here I am. Course the last couple of days I do feel hungry all the time. I drink lots of water but going to try to drink even more. Plus shake up news with work and with family probably upped the stress levels some. So I keep plugging along.
