Really need to find motivation. Wish I could just keep myself together mentally and physically all the time. Summer is ending and it's been so very busy. Woke up feeling good and motivated. Not sure how much exercise I can fit in right now but am really hoping to at least be better with the food! Way too much cake, pie and candy. Just need to back off! One month before New Hampshire. Would like to feel a bit better about myself better heading there with all skinny people!!!
