This might be the first Penn State weekend where I LOST weight! I don't hink I had a great week, but a reasonably good one. Some of the weight loss may be dehydration as I went running Monday and also have a cold. But overall, it was the best food weekend I've ever had at Penn State. I didn't overeat and we took several healthy options like clams, lobster and fruit. I laid off the beer for the most part and drank a ton of water. Hopefully the weight stays off this week...
