Sticking to it. In 5 days it will be a month and I am more determined than ever. I can't wait to be in onederland on the scale and put my next goal in. I did splurge Sat. night and had a too big helping of pasta and chicken. Stomach killed me all night. Still need to add excersize everyday. Not there yet. Did the treadmill a few times, but only 10 min. or so each time. I have also starting sprinting up my stairs everytime I go up. Really want to start running now that it will be cooling down sooner. Running just looks like such a release. I can do this..... I want it BAD!!!
206.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks Cindylynwho! Been a long time since I have been back on here. Was reading your journals. You look great!!!! I want to do a 5k run THIS year. Runners just look like they are at peace, diong good for their bodies. Just bought running shoes on Sunday and now that it is cooling down, I will start outside vs. the evil treadmill I despise. Fresh air always helps!

Thanks! I am on my last week of couch to 5k, a nine week program that builds you up to a 5k. It really helped me to start back into running slowly after a 20 year or so hiatus, lol. http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml New shoes sound great, I want a new pair, too!
