Ft. Myers Beach vacation is over...Isaac only bothered us for two days. What an awesome place to party! Back to counting calories and exercising. Gotta a cruise coming up in December.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
