Day 43: Planning my day ahead of time. Which includes my exercise and eating for the day. Be great if I stick to it but there is room to add stuff and not go over so its okay. Also extremly excited about my promotion I got. :)

Promotion? Oh...do tell us all about it! See, life is looking up when one has a positive outlook! And breaking 300 soon - a milestone, girl!

Well basical I work for the government at veterans hospital and we do our promotions by pay grades and steps. Grade increases are much better cuz its more money. So I went up a grade now I am at the highest grade they will let us have in our position.:) As far as harder NO.. Been doing the job of that grade for long time. Basical I was under a supervisor before that would not promote u unless u twisted and broke her arm. So I moved to a more intense department doing cardiac/surgical which I love. All and all it all worked out
