Hooray! Down another pound this AM. Getting ready to throw my clothes on, eat my omelette and H2O, and hit the road....will have leftover parmesan-baked cod and fake potatoes (cauliflower) for lunch. Dinner? Hmm.....not sure....so far, I haven't eaten out with SB. Seems like it would be really hard to do on Phase 1.

your doing great ! keep up the good work and its not to hard to eat out just remember to ask them not to bring any bread-better without temption! keep up the good work!

yea...you are doing great. Just look for anything grilled or even sautéed but without breading. Keep the bread away from the table and have lots of veggies or a nice Caesar salad to start. Water water water...good luck!
