this last week my focus was on my nutrition. i am changing alot of my old eating habits and trying to transform my taste-buds to help get me to the goal of my "new me". this week my plan is to keep up with my nutrition and add in more exercise.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
