I'm trying to start the week off right. I exercised this morning, took a picture of breakfast (scrambled eggs with sausage, onion, pepper, mushroom, and a touch of cheese mixed in). I have my filled water bottle ready to take with me (already drank some, of course) and the world is looking good. Let's see how I'm doing by the end of the week, :)
