Day 1: I am feeling overwhelmed and clueless. I am, however, ready to make a change. I am sick of feeling/looking this way. I have a new baby that is 4.5 mo old and I can't use her as an excuse for being over weight forever. It's time to make a change!

2079 kcal Fat: 72.31g | Prot: 85.31g | Carb: 274.04g.   Breakfast: Original 99% Fat Free Yogurt - Creamy Strawberry, sunbelt granola cereal. Lunch: Fettine Alfredo with Chicken and Brocoli, vegetables. Dinner: Meat Loaf, Macaroni and cheese, cabbage, Jiffy Corn Bread. Snacks/Other: Dry Roasted Peanuts (with Salt), mini shredded wheat. more...
