I am not doing Nutrisystem, I tried it for 2months and did not like it, it tastes bad.
It's my way of eating and lifestyle that I had to change.
All about portion control and patience.

I think the dinners are pretty bad. The up side is that it costs so much that I felt like I was just throwing money away if I didn't stick to it. That's my motivation.
