This doesn't make any sense. I followed my diet, but gained again today.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I weigh myself everyday. For some reason my weight goes up Sunday through Wednesday and then goes back down to Saturday. Don't get frustrated, weight is a finicky measurement and keep up the good work!

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Your eating very little so you know its not fat. It could be a lot of factors causing a temporary gain.
