Wow that's cool! You do look really slim and healthy, I'm so happy for you!
I was actually a lot heavier on my wedding day than I am now too. I don't WANT to be able to fit into my wedding dress! I remember that, due to stress eating at the time of my wedding planning, I actually had to have my dress let OUT a couple inches!! That sucked.

Maybe you should have yours taken in and made into a cocktail dress too! Then we can both take pictures in them and post them on our anniversaries?

I can tell a major difference. You look great! I love that idea about turning it into a cocktail dress. Edie Sedgwick, I don't know if you know who that is.. she did a lot of stuff like that in the 60's. I think it'd look great!

That's a beautiful dress and you were a beautiful bride. And I know you were very happy that day, as you are today. And your husband loves you just as much now as he did then. Great pictures. You're an awsome person! <hugs>

Holy cow! You are at least 2 sizes smaller than your dress now! Awesome! That would be a cool idea to have it made into a cocktail dress for your anniversary. What year will you be celebrating?

AWESOME photos....WELL DONE darlin....You look FABULOUS! I am loving trying on clothes I *used* to wear that bordered on too tight - that now kind of *wrap* across my front....What a transformation for you....and such an inspiration to the rest of us....huggies

that is so cool. i should make that a goal of mine. I am still about 30 lbs heavier than when i got married. I was super slim then. Had to have my dress taken in several times before my wedding day. so the size 8 got smaller and smaller. so, that would definitely be a challenge I should attempt.

That is really awesome! I'm smaller than I was at my wedding less than 2 years ago. I think having it made into a coctail dress is a great idea. It wouldn't work for mine, though. Maybe I'll have it taken in one day for a special occasion.

Wht I notice most is that the dress is "Hanging" from your body now, the arm holes are lower down and it just much too big. The cut of the dress doesn't show how lose it is around but I can see the difference. BTW... for the comment above about you lost at least 2 sizes since wearing that.. I think its MORE than two sizes.. I THINK I remember the size of the wedding dress and how upset you were because you didn't think you were that large. The dress is and was beautiful and you looked great in it. I agree you should have it taken in for your next anniversary! How kewl would that be! You COULD have it shortened into a cocktail length dress... but I sure like it long.

Yes mom, the dress is a 14 but I was told by Davids Bridal (where the dress was bought) that wedding dresses tend to run large. I told them thats a horrible thing to do to a bridal gown. If they wanted a bride to feel good they'd make tag them smaller than they really are! I was about a size 10-12 then. I got up to a size 14-16 and am now a size 5/6. Hard to imagine going down from a 14/16 to a 5/6 in less than 5 months!

You have done amazing losing that weight in less than 5 months. I think we all wish we could lose our weight as fast! :D You did a great job of it and stayed 100% on track (and still are). You look great and I can tell you are feeling better too. Also... have you been back to your doctor recently? whats going on with your heart? Are they still watching it? (sorry didn't mean to change the subject)
