Dunno what happened yesterday. I got home, did my hour on the bike, then sat and watched TV for a few hours. & went to bed... Managed to forget about eating dinner! I'm still confused how I managed to forget about dinner.

Went for dinner out and managed to stay close to my daily allowance. Because I am depending on the restaurants averages & equivalent items from the database I have left my diary entered as "some of what I ate".

As for my evil new exercise bike. I have put a folded blanket over the seat, and wedged a triangular pillow over that through the lower handlebars. I was able to sit in the seat for a full hour!!! & I managed 14.8 miles in that hour, & nearly 300 calories at level 5!!!

YAY!!!

I will stick at level 5 for the next week then try 6 I think.

I still can't post new topics or responses to topics in forums, challenges or groups. Which it really irritating! Particularly as Fatsecret's support have said they don't know why. I tried the .com site too, and there is says my posts are awaiting moderation. The UK site just bumps me back to the recent activity page.
