I'm planning to lose weight in five stages. I assume each one will have its own challenges and triumphs. I'm recording them here:
Phase One: Lose 10 pounds, end weight 255 (completed) Phase Two: Lose 25 pounds, end weight 230 Phase Three: Lose 23 pounds, end weight 207 Phase Four: Lose 22 pounds, end weight 185 Phase Five: Lose 20 pounds, end weight 165
Each phase after phase one represents an approximate 10% reducation in body weight. I've already started phase two and am hoping that I'll finish it in early December.
