TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 1ST AND I HAVE DECIDED TO START MY DIET AFRESH. I HAVE HAD SO MANY CHEATS AND I BELIEVE THAT I HAVE BEEN WASTING MY TIME IN THE NAME OF AM ON A DIET. FROM TOMORROW MORNING I HAVE JUST FRUITS FOR BREAKFAST AND SUPPER,I WILL TRY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE NOT TO THINK OF MY WEIGHT BECAUSE THE MORE I THINK OF IT, THE MORE I FEEL DOWN. I JUST NEED TO BELIEVE THAT I CAN DO IT. AND WHEN I FEEL DOWN, I JUST NEED TO THINK OF PHILIPIANS 4:13 WHICH SAYS I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME
