Arrived home yesterday and I am ready to resume my healthy lifestyle.
While we were gone I didn't adhere to my diet and it is time to knuckle down and pick up the pace again. Today we are having grilled chicken breast, grilled potatoes and fresh green beans. I feel so much better when I follow a healthy diet.
