Yep, the different scale on 8/12 certainly skewed the weight thing. I'm just stuck...can't get any more weight off even tho I'm eating less and exercising more. <sign>
145.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
