I will be out of touch for the weekend. My family and I are going camping for the Labor Day weekend and I even took today (Friday) off from work. My back is still hurting and I haven't been able to exercise much. I have to say that I am a little depressed about by back injury. But I am still eating right most days. Hopefully, I will have a good time camping and getting my mind off of my back injury. I will probably be able to log my food in from my phone, but won't be able to weigh in until Tuesday morning. Hope everyone has a great and healthy Labor Day. :)
