so i'm just recording what i eat usually to get a good idea what calorie range i'm already in. then i hope to cut back on calories and add more protein. my boyfriend is a vile temptress. he keeps making really awesome but bad food.i've tried telling him in the past that i need to lose weight and he needs to help me. i don't expect him to follow a diet just not have those fatty foods around as much. i know i can do this even with temptations.
