I am allowed 26 points a day. I recently had my tonsils out so my stomach has shrunk and I think I weigh less then I said I did. But whatever. I am just now starting to eat real food. I am going to work on eating more of my points as I can eat normal food!

1/2 Hamburger Patty - 3 Cheese 4 Coffee - .5 Apple Juice - 2 ______________________ 9.5 points for Dinner
Snacks: Cherry Mixed Fruit Cup - 1 __________________________ 1 point total snacks
